All Levels Yoga:

Modifications of postures are made to accommodate everyone, allowing both beginning and advanced students the opportunity to enjoy a satisfying, accessible, and energetic experience. Sweat + Surrender:

Join us for a unique blend of Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga in this rejuvenating class designed to balance dynamic movement with deep relaxation.We’ll begin with a flowing Vinyasa sequence, synchronizing breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and focus. We’ll then transition into restorative poses, using props to support the body in gentle, passive stretches. All levels are welcome—come ready to move, breathe, and restore!

Vinyasa Flow:

Our sequencing is unique, challenging, and fun. Core strengthening, vinyasa, long holds, and deep stretches are all incorporated to build fire within the body and promote detoxification.Prepare to sweat as you integrate movement and breath with classical and creatively-adapted sun salutations, twists, binds, and backbends. Classes will build endurance, flexibility, and strength. Accessible to anyone willing to sweat and explore their edges. Appropriate for students who have a basic understanding of yoga and who want to challenge themselves.

Restorative Yoga:

Take time to relax, refresh, and renew! If you’re working with injury, illness, or just suffering from a busy mind, restorative yoga can help to soothe your thoughts, encourage inward focus, and allow your body to heal. Yoga props are used to assist you in this slower practice. Perfect for all students! No experience required.

Restorative Yoga w/ Reiki:

A restorative yoga class with Reiki Energy Healing & a Guided Relaxation Savasana. We'll begin with a slow moving restorative yoga session that will relax your body from head to toe. While supported in each renewing pose, your instructor will provide reiki healing with aroma therapy to each practitioner. We'll end our time together with a guided relaxation meditation, leaving you in an ultimate state of bliss. Great for all students!

Power Yoga

Yoga Sculpt

A high-energy fusion of yoga, strength training, and cardio designed to boost metabolism and build lean muscle. Set to upbeat music, this class combines dynamic yoga flows with the use of light weights and bursts of cardio to challenge your body and ignite your inner fire. Expect to sweat, smile, and leave feeling empowered, strong, and refreshed. All levels welcome—modifications and intensifications are offered throughout.

Hatha Yoga

A gentle, foundational practice that focuses on breath, alignment, and mindful movement. This class moves at a steady pace, holding postures for several breaths to build strength, flexibility, and awareness. Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a slower, more intentional practice, Hatha encourages a deeper connection between body and mind. Leave feeling centered, stretched, and restored.

Gentle Hatha

This beginner-friendly Gentle Yoga class is perfect for those new to yoga or looking for a slow, relaxing practice. We’ll focus on simple movements, deep breathing, and gentle stretches to help improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Poses are easy to follow, with plenty of guidance and modifications to ensure comfort and confidence.

No experience needed—just bring yourself, a mat, and a willingness to unwind. This class is a great way to reduce stress, ease tension, and build a strong foundation for your yoga journey!


BEACH YOGA

*****ALL beach yoga classes take place at the 52nd St Beach Access, next to the Martinique Condos on Holmes Beach: On google maps- Where 52nd St meets the Gulf. Pre-registration is required. If there are no signups within one hour of the class start time, the class will not take place.

*****IN THE WINTER- If the temperature drops below 55 degrees we will cancel class. This will be listed on Mindbody. If you are registered already you will be refunded and notified.

Rise & Flow Beach Yoga

A flowing beach yoga class for all levels. Connect to nature, create an intention, and start your day with a healthy dose of zen and vitamin sea. Bring a towel, sheet or blanket to practice on.

Sunset Beach Yoga  

An evening yoga flow on the beach as the sun sinks into the Gulf. Find complete relaxation as we move our bodies to the gentle sound of the waves. An all levels class that will leave you feeling totally ZEN! Bring a towel, sheet or blanket to practice on.

Full Moon Beach Yoga

An evening on the beach. Indulge in a creative flow yoga class honoring the solar and lunar energies as the sun dips into the gulf and the full moon rises over the bay. Enjoy the collective vibrations of peace and rejuvenation as we practice together in a tranquil setting. Bring a towel, sheet or blanket to practice on.


Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga

*****IN THE WINTER- If the temperature drops below 60 degrees we will cancel class. This will be listed on Mindbody. If you are registered already you will be refunded and notified.

SUP Yoga- All Levels:

A 90 minute session which includes an introduction to paddleboarding, a short paddle journey, and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. Immerse yourself in nature, connecting mind and body as we flow through yoga poses with the water beneath us and the sky above. A beautiful way to harmonize body and spirit. This is an all levels yoga class that is suitable for new and beginner paddlers. No SUP experience is needed, just a yearning for adventure and fun out on the water!

Sunset Paddle Yoga for Beginners:

Drift into calm as the sun begins to set. This gentle Paddle Yoga class is designed especially for beginners—no yoga or paddleboarding experience needed. We’ll start on land to get familiar with the board and basic paddling, then ease onto the water for a simple, steady yoga flow. With the golden light reflecting off the water and the sounds of nature all around, you’ll stretch, breathe, and maybe even giggle as you find your balance. It’s less about perfect poses, more about enjoying the moment. Expect a peaceful, playful evening on the water.

Full Moon Paddle:

Honor the full moon and harness the lunar energy with us on the water! We begin with an intention setting circle, a quick paddle instruction overview, and then embark on a guided nature paddle as the sun sinks in the Gulf and the moon rises over the Intracoastal. The session is 60 -75 minutes depending on the group size. Paddleboard and all equipment is included. This class is not recommended for first time paddlers. Some experience is recommended.

Guided Paddle & Floating Meditation:

Meditation on the water is a beautiful thing. Whether meditation is a big part of your life, you are a beginner or only curious, this class is right for you. Our instructors guide students through a variety of meditation techniques while you float, and breath on your anchored board. Find your ultimate ZEN. This is NOT a scheduled class.
