Join us for a 2 hour wellness workshop where we will be harnessing the power of breath and cold water to release stress, trauma, anxiety and pent up emotions from the body to make more room for light, love and healing. We will start with 1 hour of breathwork followed by communal cold plunge together! Breath work and cold plunging are somatic exercises that are beneficial in moving stagnant energy from the body, letting go of things not serving you and making more room for the things that do! When we do this as a community and get vulnerable with one another is when the magic happens! This workshop combines breathwork, science, communal sharing and meditation, also known as the Revivery Method. Dev co-owner of DBTB Juice Bar & Bakery has been hosting breathwork and cold plunging at our local community center on ami for the last 3 years and has a passion for showing her community the importance that the cold and the breath has to offer us!
